Weight Update

Well..

If you are a reader of my blog you will definitely know how I struggle to lose weight. I had updates before but since I gave birth I stop updating about my weight.

Okay.... here's the latest update:

January 2009: 184 lbs.


Oct. 2009: 160lbs. 2 months before I got pregnant for Pillow

December 2010


When I was pregnant, my weight reaches to almost 200lbs. After 5 months I am now back 144lbs.

I am breastfeeding exclusively and that is a big help. My target is to reach at least 130lbs. and I hope to reach it before Pillow turns 1 year old.

Third Day of Dieting

Whew!! after 3 days of dieting here I am still alive. Although I do some cheating because to tell you the truth it's not really easy. I keep on drinking coffee or water and ate crackers in between because my mind is screaming for more food.

I am happy that I am not bloated anymore. That is my main concern. I lose 2 inches in my waist area but I didn't lose weight but still I will continue this diet until I will reach 130lbs and maintain it.

For four days I will resume my "regular" eating then go back to the 3 Day Diet. This is the first time I undergo diet and I never thought I can do this for 3 days.

Second Day of 3 Day Diet

Whew!! I almost gave up but I am determined to continue. This is the first time I ate crackers for lunch. Tomorrow is the last day and I am excited to finish this diet program and after 4 days I will continue this diet until I will reach my weight goal.

I am also happy that I finished my task earlier. I worked overtime for the last few days to give way for our plan vacation. I will post more about it next week.

My First Day

Today I started my first day of the 3-Day Diet. Well, my body is still adjusting. I followed everything except that in between meals I ate Sunflower Crackers and drinks lots of water. I am so thankful that hubby is very supportive of my diet program. He prepares everything before calling me and because of what he did I am determine to continue this diet program.

I never feel any unusual things except that my mind is screaming for rice. After this 3 day diet I have 4 days to eat whatever I want but still in moderation then resume my 3 day diet. I will try this diet for a month and I am looking forward of seeing positive results.

3 Day Diet


Lately I found out about this 3 day diet and I wanted to try this one and I hope it works for me.

Here are the list:


Follow the diet for three days and you will lose 10 pounds. It works based on a chemical reaction so you must eat everything on the diet without substituting. It is scientifically proven.

You can have as much water, tea, salt, pepper as you like but no other seasonings. After going on the three-day diet, you can eat normally for four days then go back to it. But do not overeat on those four days.

Day 1

Breakfast: ½ of a grapefruit
Lunch: ½ c tuna, 1 slice toast, coffee or tea
Dinner: 2 slices, any type of meat (90 gr), 1 c each string beans and beets, 1 small apple, 1 c vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 slice toast, ½ banana
Lunch: ½ c cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 hotdogs, 1 c broccoli, ½ c carrots, ½ banana, ½ c vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 small apple
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice toast
Dinner: 1 c each tuna, beets and cauliflower, ½ cantaloupe, ½ c vanilla ice cream


I will start this diet tomorrow.

Body Pain


I went to gym yesterday and as a result I have body pain because of leg press. I am using different machines but leg press is my favorite.

So here I am.. I can't move my body and wanted to go back to gym on thursday when my muscles are ready.

No more Pics!!






I love posting pics online but starting today I won't be posting my pics anymore. I won't be posting my pictures until I lose 30lbs. That is my motivation. We will start going to gym this Thursday. I am expecting body aches but this time I am determine to reach my goal.

It's about Time


Me and hubby decided to hit the gym! We found out that home exercise and dieting is not enough. We don't have much physical activities because we are working at home and just going to the gym thrice a week will help us lose some weight and keep us healthy.

So.. our next step is to buy gym outfit. I am checking eBay for it.

We will enroll next week.

Weight Update


The left pic was taken last December 2008 and the right pic was taken last sunday (April 12, 2008). If I have to check through weighing scale I really don't lose much but I am glad that I lose some inches specially in my tummy area.

I will continue my diet and exercise. It's really hard losing a weight but everytime I see results it simply motivates me.

Bored

I started my oatmeal diet for two days and to tell you the truth it's not fun BUT I will stay in this diet. I will try to add fruits or fish.

Tomorrow we will be visiting Los Banos to be with my family. I also miss LB and I hope that we will have a great time!!

I am also so bored and I want to be in a different place to keep me focus and alive. LOL

Oatmeal Diet


I will start my oatmeal diet tomorrow and I will take this one seriously. I read a lot of good reviews about it. Some lost 2 - 5 lbs. a week and I wanted to try it. I will take oatmeal twice a day and I will only take 1 rice meal a day. I hope I will get good results too. I need to lose 30 lbs.

About my no-meat diet I am quite successful to it because my tummy now is not as hard as before and I also lose in my tummy area but still it's not enough.

Wish.. Wish

I am on a no meat diet since November and so far I lose few inches in my waistline. I still need to lose 5 more inches in my tummy area and since I got the result I am now taking this one seriously to have a nice beach body (arrgh i wish! ). I am exercising at least 3 times a week for 15 minutes and sometimes swim for an hour during my non-busy days.

In the pics below I am wearing the same pants. Before pics was taken last October 2008 and the After pics taken today Feb. 11.

Tummy Flattening Techniques


Since I gave birth it is always my concern on how to lose 6 inches in my tummy area. Although I lost some but still it's not enough. Since November I stop eating meat and it helps a lot but since holiday came I got tempted again. So now we are back for our no meat diet again and I am looking forward that this time I will lose 6 inches. I hope in 3 months time I can achieve it.

Here is also a great techniques and I am excited to try it:

Who does not desire a flat tummy? This is every woman dream, to be in the eye of admiration as far as her beauty is concerned. And a good body is an irresistible one. After all those bulges do make the body look not too good. With a flat tummy you could wear anything and yet have roving eyes set on you But then, a flat tummy comes at a price. How much?

That depends on how much you are willing to spend. While there are methods that cost money, there are others that do not even cost a dime but it dose cost you time and effort. Actually flattening the tummy is not as difficult as maintaining a flat tummy.

What must be noted is that you must do as many crunches as your body is comfortable doing, with consistency. Other wise after flattening, come inflating if maintenance is not taken into account.

How to Lose Belly Fat Fast?

If you are new to Interval Training, unfit or have any medical conditions please read through the interval training for beginners guide before starting on this workout.

This may be one of the most efficient workouts for weight loss so you can lose belly fat fast but make no mistake, this workout is hard. The first few weeks are designed to get your body used to the workout. If you are already in good shape and just looking to burn off the last few inches then by all means start with week 8’s workout. However this workout assumes you are not fit and each week is designed to build on itself so that by the end of 8 weeks you are doing a fully fledged HIIT routine.

Can I do this everyday?

A common mistake people make is trying to do the Lose Belly Fat Fast interval workout too often. This program works with how much intensity you put into each workout. So rest becomes vital. This rest is vital for putting in your maximum effort into each repetition. For this reason only do this workout three times a week. You can supplement this workout with weight training on alternate days; just ensure you are resting enough to give this workout your all.

Here’s the Lose Belly Fat Fast Interval Workout

Spend 5 minutes warming up by jogging. If you choose to do some stretching before you go into the intervals please ensure you do this after the warm up as stretching cold muscles can pull them.

After the warm up go into the reps and intervals for week 1. These consist of running full pace for 30 seconds and then jogging slowly and recovering for 90 seconds. This needs to be repeated 6 times. In your first sprint, don’t go all out. Your body is still getting used to this and it’s still warming up. Try to use your first two repetitions as warm up sprints. When you are done with all six repetitions and intervals, cool down and stretch for another 5 minutes.

As the weeks pass, your allowed recovery time comes down in 30 second increments. When the repetition time and the interval time are both 30 seconds then the number of sets increase per week until you are doing 15 repetitions per workout.
