Wants or Needs?

The last time we bought major appliances was year 2003 after we got married. My husband loaned at the company he previously worked.

We just celebrated our 8 Year Anniversary and when we checked our major appliances and furniture they are not as functional as before.

So I will be making a list of the items needed:

1. Refrigerator - it's not functioning and currently we are using our Freezer and because of that we are paying higher electric bill.

I saw at SM a Kelvinator Matte Black Ref. I might get this one.

2. Stove - We are still using the stove given to us when we got married and it needs replacement since the other burner is not functioning.

Since we are planning to renovate the house next year we decided to just get a 2 burner stove. Hubby wants a La Germania stove but we will just get it next year after the house renovation.

3. Aircon - we are using our aircon for 6 years and needs replacement.

I want a Carrier Aircon.

4. Dining Set - we have a glass type dining table and so far its still okay but the chairs are not dependable anymore. This time I want a wood dining set.

5. Washing Machine - Our washing machine don't have a drier so everytime it rained we got a problem in drying our clothes.

I want LG Topload Washing Machine.

We are working so hard for the coming weeks to buy all the items listed! Goodluck to us!

Needs Wall Art

Here is the picture of our living room and I need a wall art to complete the look.

I prefer a single art in the living room since I have a small living area.

Finally, we purchased this nice piece for our living room. I can't wait to redesign our living room.

Garden Update

I'm happy today because hubby finally plants the bermuda grass. Everytime na nakikita ko yong labas ng gate namin na humahaba ang damo ay umiinit ang ulo ko. Feeling ko ang gulong gulo tingnan ng bahay ko. Hindi ako makapagfocus masyado at kapag lumalabas ako, hindi ko tinitingnan ang part na yon. Naging busy kasi kami lately kaya hindi agad naasikaso. We are living in this place since March and so far I am really happy that we are staying here.

My concern is really the landscaping because I wanted my garden to look good but since landscaping is quite expensive so we decided to just DIY. Last months, my brother friends are the one who help us remove the grasses but since it's school time, they can't work with us again. So hubby come to the rescue since he knows that it is already affecting my mood.

Anyway, I wanted to have my place covered a bermuda like this, because I want my kids to play outside.

Anyway, we will be going somewhere tomorrow to celebrate Valentine's Day. So we will be sleeping early.

Weather Update?

Hay grabe ang init ngayong araw na to. Nong isang buwan lang sobrang lamig at ayaw ko ng mag electric fan pero ngayon naka aircon at electric fan na kami.

Parang ang labo ng panahon ngayon kaya halos lahat ay may ubo o kaya sipon. Last week lang may lagnat ako at ang mga bata may ubo at sipon.

Since parang painit ng painit na we are planning of adding new aircon in our living room.

Of course I'm expecting increase of electric consumption and my next plan is to have an alternative energy source.

Next Project

Last Thursday, we asked someone to clean our aircon and luckily the carpenter knows about creating almost anything.

I showed this picture to Mang Jun and I am so happy that he can create something like this. We want something that has a lock so that my Gareth can't easily mess everything.

We will be creating this next month.
