Getting There..

I missed posting something new here!!

I am now more focused on losing weight. I am working out 3 times a week and so far I like the feeling. I am more active and my blood sugar drops too. It never goes up to 200.

The exercise is not that easy but since hubby is with me so its never boring. I am looking forward of posting my weight loss next time...
